Situated in the heart of the city, next to the Gibraltar Museum and the Tourist Board's principal information centre, the Bristol is the longest established hotel in Gibraltar. Many of the 60 recently refurbished bedrooms enjoy a splendid view of the Bay of Gibraltar.

The hotel's delightful small garden with swimming pool is open all year round, and sits beside the hotel, as do the snack-bar and breakfast-room, accessible either across a quiet, pedestrianised lane or a covered bridge from the main hotel building. The pool can be enjoyed during the winter months as it is covered by a transparent canopy, allowing the sun to filter through.

The hotel's bar serves light meals usually of a British character, while breakfast is continental in style and served in pleasant surroundings overlooking the hotel's garden area.
